berlixor.com is operated by Berlixor, Commercial Registration No. 1010987654, MISA Educational Content License No. 102/EDU/2026, with registered office at Olaya Tower B, King Fahd Road, Olaya District, Riyadh 12244, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. Nature of the service
Berlixor is an editorial and educational platform. We publish independent reviews and explanatory material about artificial-intelligence trading algorithms. We do not provide investment advice, brokerage, asset management, custody, signal services, or any service requiring authorisation from the Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA) or the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA).
3. No financial advice
Nothing on berlixor.com constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, hold or otherwise transact in any financial instrument, security, derivative, digital asset or algorithm. Readers must conduct their own due diligence and consult licensed advisors before any investment decision.
4. Intellectual property
All content, branding, layout, source code and editorial output is owned by Berlixor or its contributors and is protected under the Saudi Copyright Law (Royal Decree M/41). You may quote up to 200 words for personal, educational or journalistic purposes provided you attribute Berlixor and include a link to the source page.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: scrape the site at industrial scale; circumvent technical access controls; submit false subscription data; impersonate Berlixor staff; or use the platform for any unlawful purpose under KSA law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by KSA law, Berlixor, its directors, employees and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the site, including but not limited to investment losses, data loss or business interruption.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of Riyadh.
