Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Berlixor ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects personal data of visitors and subscribers in accordance with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) issued by Royal Decree M/19 and supervised by the Saudi Data & Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).
1. Data controller
Berlixor is the data controller for personal data submitted through berlixor.com. Our registered office is at Olaya Tower B, King Fahd Road, Olaya District, Riyadh 12244, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Commercial Registration No. 1010987654.
2. Personal data we collect
We collect only the data you voluntarily provide via our newsletter form: your full name and email address. We additionally process technical data (IP address, browser type, referrer) for security and aggregate analytics.
3. Purposes of processing
Your name and email are used solely to deliver the Berlixor research briefing and to inform you of substantive updates to our editorial standards. We never use your data for advertising, scoring or transfer to brokers.
4. Lawful basis
We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent (Article 6 PDPL). Consent can be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or by contacting privacy@berlixor.com.
5. Data retention
Subscriber data is retained while your subscription remains active and for twelve (12) months thereafter for audit purposes, then permanently deleted. Server logs are kept for a maximum of ninety (90) days.
6. International transfers
Personal data is hosted on infrastructure located within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We do not transfer subscriber data outside the Kingdom without an adequacy decision from SDAIA or appropriate safeguards.
7. Your rights
Under the PDPL you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to processing. Contact privacy@berlixor.com. We respond within thirty (30) calendar days.
8. Security
We apply industry-standard technical and organizational measures including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 at rest, role-based access control, and annual penetration testing.
